  • Evidence in one place

Recording, transcript, summary and score, one click apart. Every point links to the moment it came from.

Before we start

  • You’re talking to an AI. It asks the questions. It is not a person.
  • It’s recorded. The audio is recorded and written up as a transcript.
  • A person decides. The recruiter reads your interview and makes the call.

05 · Questions

What teams usually ask.

See it with one of your roles.

Bring a job post. We set up the interview and you take it yourself.

Or email support@screenwith.ai

Is the interview on camera?

Yes. Applicants join a live video interview in the browser with Emma, Elena or Daniel. The score comes only from what they say. Appearance, background and accent are never scored.

Can we set our own questions and scoring?

Yes. Paste a job post and we draft the questions, must-haves and weights. Edit anything you like, then every applicant for that role gets the same set.

How is the score worked out?

Each criterion gets a sub-score with the quote and timestamp it came from. Sub-scores roll up into one interview score using your weights. No quote, no score.

What does an applicant need?

The link and about ten minutes. Any phone or computer with a browser, camera and microphone. No app and no account.

What if an applicant would rather not talk to an AI?

They can say no on the first screen or ask for an accommodation. The choice is recorded and never counts against them.

Can our client see the results?

Yes. Share a view-only link to the ranked list for a role. Your client sees scores and the quotes behind them, with nothing to edit.

What happens to the recordings?

Recordings are kept for 90 days and the decision record for four years. An applicant can ask for deletion from the end screen.

Does it decide who gets hired?

No. It scores and ranks. A person on your team makes every decision, and nobody is rejected automatically.

Interview everyone. Decide with evidence.

Your team makes the call. We handle the first round.
