01 · How it works

From job post to shortlist, in four steps.

  1. Invite

    The applicant gets a link

A single-use link by email, with reminders at 24 and 72 hours that stop the moment they finish. No app, no account.

Your Home Care Aide interview, at your pace

Hi Maria, thanks for applying. When you have 10 quiet minutes and a camera, open the link and talk with Emma, our AI interviewer. A recruiter reviews every interview.

Need an accommodation? Reply to this email.

  2. Check

    Consent, camera and microphone

The interviewer says it is an AI and that the interview is recorded, asks for consent, then checks the camera and mic.

“I’m an AI, not a person. This interview is recorded so the hiring team can review it.”

  3. Interview

    A real conversation, on camera

Emma asks the questions from your rubric, listens, and follows up when an answer is thin. Live captions, about ten minutes.

EmmaMaria, tell me about a time a client refused care, like a bath or their medication. What did you do?

MariaThat happens with my dementia client. I don't push. I step back, come back in ten minutes and try again with her music on. If it's still a no, I write it down and tell her daughter and the nurse.

  4. Score

    Score, summary, recording

The interview score, sub-scores with their quotes, the AI summary, the transcript and the recording land in one record.

What does ScreenWith AI do?

It runs the first round. Each applicant gets a link, takes a live voice and video interview with an AI interviewer in the browser, and your team gets a ranked list with a score and the quote behind every point. A person makes every decision.

What does an applicant need?

The link and about ten minutes. Any phone or computer with a browser, camera and microphone. No app and no account. The camera stays on for the interview, and the score comes only from what they say.

How do applicants get the link?

By email, from your account, with reminders at 24 and 72 hours that stop as soon as they finish. Every invite carries a way to ask for an accommodation or to decline, and declining never counts against anyone.

Can we use our own questions and criteria?

Yes. Paste a job post and we draft the questions, must-haves and weights. Edit anything you like, then every applicant for that role gets the same interview, in the same order, against the same rubric.

How is the score worked out?

Each criterion gets a sub-score with the quote and timestamp it came from. Sub-scores roll up into one interview score using your weights. Where the interview did not cover a criterion, the row says “Not established” instead of a guess.

Does it decide who gets hired?

No. It scores and ranks. A person on your team makes every decision, nobody is rejected automatically, and each decision is kept on record with the evidence it was made on.

Does it work with our ATS?

Scores, quotes and recordings sync both ways with your ATS, and every record is available by CSV, webhook, API and an MCP server. Tell us which system you use and we will walk you through it on the demo.

How is pricing structured?

Unlimited recruiters and unlimited open roles on every plan, priced by the screens you run. We quote against your real volume rather than publish numbers we have not measured. Book a demo and we will walk through it.
